4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices include GST where applicable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to an order being placed.
Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.
5. Pre-Orders
Some products may be sold as pre-orders.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge that:
estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only;
production and shipping timelines may change due to circumstances beyond our control;
delays do not automatically entitle you to compensation or cancellation where permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates via email.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.
We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.
We do not store your payment card details.
7. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes displayed on our website.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Once an order has been dispatched, risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs processing or events outside our reasonable control.

minor variations in colour due to screen displays.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the damage.

Many of our products are produced in limited quantities.
Once sold out, products may not be reproduced or restocked.
Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been accepted.

However, due to photography, monitor settings and printing processes, colours, textures and finishes may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
These minor variations do not constitute defects.
